This has been a strange year for everyone and its perfectly natural and normal to feel overwhelmed...and maybe overstressed. When you listen to part 6 of this weeks series you will self discover the clear and obvious path forward. Here are the points from today's show..starting with point #9..
9) Daily brain dump.
- Take a minute to find and clean out all your self-deprecating, negative thoughts. As you do this, you will find yourself feeling refreshed and invigorated with renewed energy to take on the world. Don’t believe it? Try it.
- Start now.
10) Keep a journal. BestSelf.com
- Stop comparing yourself to others while on your journey. Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.
11) Media free life. Also, consider people purge.
- Don't trust people who tell you to trust the media.
12) Control your environment. Your subconscious mind is always working, thinking, plotting, worrying...if you live in an environment where piles of crap dominate of course you are going to feel overwhelmed. Your physical environment is a direct reflection of your internal thinking about yourself.

Podcast: Learn How To Finally END Procrastination! | Tim and Julie Harris
Thursday Nov 19, 2020
Thursday Nov 19, 2020
Are you ready to finally ready to learn how to END procrastination? Of course you are. On today's show Tim and Julie Harris share with you the next 4 points on how to overcome feeling overwhelmed. (How to end procrastination is point 7)
5) Set boundaries on your time and workload.
- Have a real schedule at least in the am.
- Make the schedule focused on 3 things that will get you the most bang for the back. If all you do the rest of the day is those 3 things you had a great day. Working out, supplements, contacts, setting appts, taking a listing, showing overt gratitude. etc.
6) Stop trying to solve others problems.
- someone has an issue make them tell you their 3 best solutions to their problem and then they tell you what they think is their best option.
- Stop being others Dr. Phil. Most people never want to be fixed but will be more than happy to take your time.
7) Challenge your perfectionism. Perfectionism is a smart way to procrastinate. Perfectionism can lead us to make tasks or projects bigger than they need to be, which can lead to procrastination and psychological distress. As things pile up, the sense of overwhelm grows, which can then lead to more procrastination and more overwhelm. Sheryl Sandberg famously said, “Done is better than perfect.” Know when “good” is “good enough” by asking yourself, “What is the marginal benefit of spending more time on this task or project?” If the answer is very little, stop where you are and be done with it. Part of this is also recognizing that we cannot do everything perfectly. Text Me: (512) 361-5121

Podcast: New Year, New You....Here Is Your Plan! | Tim and Julie Harris
Wednesday Nov 18, 2020
Wednesday Nov 18, 2020
As we round the bend on 2020 you are probably experiencing a mixture of emotions. This has been a strange year for everyone and its perfectly natural and normal to feel overwhelmed...and maybe overstressed. When you listen to part 4 of this weeks series you will self discover the clear and obvious path forward. On today's show Tim and Julie pick up on Point 3.. Realize that feeling overwhelmed isn't something out of your control. its actually a choice.
- Great way to get control over something you feel is out of control is to take ownership. Ask yourself, 'how am I benefiting from feeling overwhelmed'? The obvious first answer is that you aren't. Drill down on that and you might self discover other answers like...by feeling overwhelmed you give yourself an out for doing things that make you uncomfortable...
4) Pinpoint (s) the primary source of overwhelm. Ask yourself the question, “What one or two things, if taken off my plate would alleviate 80% of the stress that I feel right now?” If it’s a big project that’s almost done, finish it. Or, if it’s the sheer size of the task or project that is overwhelming you, break it down into more manageable components.
5) Set boundaries on your time and workload.
- Have a real schedule at least in the am.
- Make the schedule focused on 3 things that will get you the most bang for the back. If all you do the rest of the day is those 3 things you had a great day. Working out, supplements, contacts, setting appts, taking a listing, showing overt gratitude. etc.

Podcast: Choose ONE, To Be Famous Or Rich (Which Did You Choose?) | Tim and Julie Harris
Wednesday Nov 11, 2020
Wednesday Nov 11, 2020
Welcome back! Today Tim and Julie discuss the next 3 points:
10) Be mindful of your ego.
- If you had to choose to be famous or rich....at 20 what would have chosen (what did you choose?) round this up to 30...40...You can only choose one...rich or famous, which did you choose over your lifetime. which do you wish you would have chosen?
- Why do agents build teams, branding, etc. Is it to be famous or rich?
- Ego is the enemy.
11) Be very clear what your product is (profit)
- Profit isn't everything its the only thing.
- most people/ business owners have not overt plan to make profit. Profit for most agents is whatever is left over. Profit comes first and make all the other expenses fall into line with your profit goal.
12) Libertas = Freedom.
- At the end of the day, when the ego is set aside the one thing everyone wants more than anything else is freedom. Freedom from money worries being #1. What happens in your life if you no longer have to worry/ or think about money. Money becomes like air, water (abundance)...vs gold (scarcity.)
- Don't believe for a second that money doesn't make everything better. There are no problems that money can't make better. None. Text Me: (512) 361-5121

Podcast: Your 2021 Mental And Financial Guide Has Arrived | Tim and Julie Harris
Tuesday Nov 10, 2020
Tuesday Nov 10, 2020
Join Tim and Julie for todays podcast on how to 100x your mindset to make 2021 your best year ever. Here are the points you will hear:
8) Understand that everything you want in life is on the otherside of doing what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it at the highest level.
- Everything in life worth having will take longer and require more effort than you think or were told..
- The WORLD thinks you are lazy and dumb. The WORLD doesn't ever expect you to ask the tough questions that may expose the dogma being fed to society for all of its fallacies. Have rules in place for what you think, invest your time and money into.
* Filters for what products you buy. Rules should be rigid. X ROI, proven to actually work and not a gimmick, actually tested over a long term.
* Filters for whom you listen to. The world we are living in is all about fake experts and influencers. You can easily fall prey to someone who is tall hat no cattle. Have they actually done what they claim to have done (sold re, sold re at a high level, sold re at a high level for a long time, sold re in different market conditions, etc. Make your own filters. Be rigid.
- RUN from anything that is being sold as an antidote for real work. Those are almost always gimmicks.
9) I am going to say a word, the second I say this word pls write down everything you think about the word. Pls don't think, ponder...just say out loud/ write down what words come to mind. Notice how the words you are using are charged with emotion. Is that emotion a positive or negative emotion. The word is RICH.
- Why aren't you rich? Is it because of how you truly think about the word rich? How you were raised to think etc?
- Is it simply because you don't know HOW to be rich.
- You don't have a definition that you can relate to...is it simply because you were not fully locked into the idea that you could live a life where your money works for you and you no longer have to work for your money?
- Are you aware that we are spiritual beings in a physical incarnation...? You need stuff, why not have it be nice stuff?
(Rich is where your money works for you and you no longer have to work for your money)
